
About Me
I'm Talon Osmon, Certified Personal Trainer with 8 years of experience. I'm originally from San Diego, CA however I've been based in the Charlotte area for 5 years, where I established my own private training facility OFS Gym. My journey into fitness began as a 15-year-old grappling with insecurities and a lack of control over life's challenges. I then quickly grew a passion for fitness as a former athlete that enjoyed the weight room even more than the playing field. In 2018 I got my first training job at 24 hour fitness and quickly became the highest grossing trainer in terms of service and revenue until I moved to Charlotte, NC in 2020 and continued my success at lifetime athletic before opening my own personal training business serving south Charlotte in 2022!
In my pursuit of becoming the best personal trainer possible, I've invested in personal education from industry luminaries like Kassem Hanson from n1.education, Joe Bennett from the Hypertrophy coach, as well as Tom Purvis from Resistance Training Specialist, delving into exercise execution, anatomy, and biomechanics. As a former bodybuilder with top placements in national competitions, I've honed specialized techniques for fat loss and body composition. While I've had the privilege of working with elite athletes from the NFL and NBA, but my primary focus lies with the general population aged 35-65. Through science-based workout principles, expert nutrition guidance and unwavering commitment. I am confident I provide the highest quality personal training service in the Charlotte area.

Private Personal Training
As personal and customized as it gets, I put you through an entirely custom 60 min workout suited to your specific needs, at your own pace, ensuring every rep is as safe and effective as possible. Client workouts range from 1-5 times a week.

Semi-Private Personal Training
60 minute sessions containing 2-6 people. Centered around science based workout principles, this is not your typical high rep low rest random circuit, here we focus on exercise technique and intensity, progressing week to week in a safe efficient manner.

Online Personal Training
Receive a fully custom strength and nutrition program for you to execute on your own while having 24/7 access to me via text while also meeting me 1x per week via FaceTime to hold you accountable to the program, go over form videos, as well as answer any questions you may have.
All of my clients receive expert advice on nutrition and healthy eating habits to complement your workout routine. We believe that a balanced diet is crucial for overall wellness and fitness success.
